The estimated shipment date denotes when your order will leave our shipping facility in New York. This estimate excludes any additional time needed by our delivery partners or local customs for the fulfillment of international orders. All orders are dispatched via 2 business-day shipping. Loose diamond orders are typically shipped within 2 to 10 days from the date of order placement, while made-to-order items are dispatched within 2 to 3 weeks.

Safety Measures & Insurance
To safeguard your purchase, Best Dream insures all items for their full value. Additionally, all shipments require an adult signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt. Upon dispatch, you will receive an email confirmation from us. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APOs, or FPOs for enhanced package security.

Special Delivery Options
Should your Best Dream purchase be intended as a surprise gift or if you are unable to receive the package personally, we offer special delivery arrangements. For eligible locations, Saturday delivery can be arranged for an additional fee of $30. Alternatively, we can hold your package for up to 7 days at a local FedEx station instead of delivering it to your designated address.
