Best Dream offers an unconditional lifetime assurance against all manufacturing flaws for our exclusive range of made-to-order and custom-crafted products. We uphold the quality and integrity of every diamond and jewelry piece we distribute, ensuring they are pristine upon receipt.
Should you detect any damage to your cherished item, please promptly contact us for instructions on returning the product to our quality control team for thorough examination. Please be aware that shipping costs for round-trip shipments of your item will be your responsibility.
Upon meticulous inspection by our skilled craftsmen, if any warranted issue is identified, Best Dream will undertake the necessary repair or replacement of the item at no additional cost to you. Our repair services encompass metal restoration, setting of loose stones, prong tightening, and professional cleaning. However, it's important to note that we cannot warrant items that have undergone prior repairs, resizing, or polishing by entities other than Best Dream. Additionally, our warranty does not extend to the replacement of lost or missing diamonds, normal wear and tear from regular use, or metal discoloration due to external factors.
For repaired items, we strive for prompt service, typically shipping them back to you within 7-10 business days from the receipt of the item. In cases where remaking the item is necessary, please allow up to 2 weeks for completion. For international shipments, customers are responsible for customs processes and import duties.
Returning your order for inspection is straightforward:
1.Contact Best Dream Customer Service Department
Please reach out to us via email at customerservice@diamondcheapest.com with your order number and the word "Repair" in the subject line, providing all necessary information regarding your request. A shipping label can be provided upon request, with actual shipping costs for both-way shipments billed to you.
2.Securely Pack Your Order
Ensure that your item, along with any loose diamonds or metal pieces, is securely packed in its original packaging box. For security reasons, please refrain from labeling the package with terms like 'jewelry' or 'diamonds'. We recommend double-boxing your package for added safety.
Affix the provided shipping label to the larger box and drop it off at your nearest courier company location. We recommend using UPS, FedEx, or USPS as our preferred shipping partners. Please obtain a shipping receipt as proof of shipment and insurance, and consider insuring the package up to its replacement value.
While our lifetime assurance covers manufacturing defects, we highly recommend insuring your jewelry items against unforeseen circumstances such as loss or theft. Many of our customers rely on reputable insurance providers for comprehensive coverage.
