30-Day Return Policy

At Best Dream, we are confident that you'll love our products. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to assist! We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for a full refund.

Return Shipping

For customers in the United States, we provide FREE return shipping on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. International customers also enjoy a 30-day return policy, but they are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in unworn condition with all original packaging and documentation, including the diamond certificate. If the item shows signs of wear, $500 will be deducted from your refund. Lost or tampered certificates will incur a $150 replacement fee. Appraisal fees of $50 are non-refundable, and engraved rings will have a $50 deduction. The 30-day period starts from the delivery date. Custom designs and resized items are non-returnable. Exchanged items cannot be returned or exchanged again.

Return Packaging

Ensure your return is securely packaged to guarantee safe transit. You must share images of the items inside the package and the secured outer packaging. Approval of these images is required for your return to be insured. Unapproved images or failure to provide them may result in uninsured transit, for which we are not liable.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund before it ships. Custom designs cannot be canceled after 48 hours of order placement.

How to Return Your Order

1.Contact Customer Service
Email us at yicun.xiong@diamondcheapest.com with your order number and "Return" in the subject line, detailing your return request. U.S. customers will receive a FREE insured shipping label via email. International customers can request a shipping label but will bear the shipping costs.

 

2.Pack Your Order

Securely pack the item, diamond certificate, and appraisal certificate in the original packaging. Avoid writing 'jewelry' or 'diamonds' on the package. Use double-boxing for safety, affix the label to the outer box, and drop it off at a staffed courier location. Obtain a shipping receipt as proof of shipment and insurance.

Refund Process

After receiving your return, our quality assessment team will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take one billing cycle to appear.

 

Serial Returns (Bracketing)

To maintain the quality of our jewelry and fairness to all customers, we discourage serial returns or bracketing (ordering multiple variations to return the unwanted ones). Such returns are not accepted as they contribute to over-consumption and environmental impact.
